Job Description
Role - Customer Service Advisor
Role Type - Temp to Contract
Hours - Monday to Thursday 9am till 5pm, Friday 9am till 4.15pm
Location - Tunbridge Wells
Pay - £10.35 per hour
Increase of pay after 6 months
We have a company based in Tunbridge Wells looking for a customer service focussed, empathetic, pro active and organised candidate to support within the customer service department.
We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within a call centre or customer service environment. You also need to be proficient in all MS office packages.
Duties will include
-High levels of customer service
-Dealing with all manner of enquiries relating to properties and payments
-Data Entry and updating a bespoke system with all information
-Ensure all timescales and call backs are done within company timeframes.
-Sending out all emails/post to customers
