Salary: £19,000
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm Fri - 8.30am-4.15pm

Do you have previous Customer Service experience? Are you a kind and compassionate person? And are you available immediately?

My Client is looking for someone with brilliant communications skills that is able to use their initiative and manage their workload in a pressured environment.

You duties will include:
- First point of contact for all Customers
- Providing a high level of Customer Service
- Responding to letters and emails
- Abiding by all company processes and policies
- Liaising with other departments
