Our Tadcaster based client is looking for a Customer Service Centre Advisor to join their very busy, successful team.
The calls that you will be taking will be about quality not quantity and you will receive the very best in training in their on-site, purpose built training centre.
Once trained you will receive daily support from the Trainers and Coaches to ensure that you can deliver the very best in customer service.
You will be taking inbound technical service calls from clients in the licensed trade who require immediate assistance with their drinks dispensing equipment. Because of this the role is often suitable for anyone with hospitality experience.
You will need to be approachable, self-motivated and confident with an excellent telephone manner and good PC skills.
Working on a regular shift rota with a standard day of no more than 7 hours you will be working a combination of hours between 08:00 and 21:00.
