Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Tonbridge
Hours: Mon-Fri & Every other Saturday
Salary: £17,550

My Client is looking for someone with brilliant communications skills, who prides themselves on providing a high level of customer service.

Duties:
- First point of contact for all customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Have the ability to deal with sensitive situations
- Liaising with different departments

You Must:
- At least 1 year of customer service
- Confident on the telephone
- Highly organised
- Able to work under pressure
