Customer Service Advisor, required for temporary cover - (26th July to 30th July) & (9th August to 3rd September)
Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 17:00) & Friday 8:30 - 16:30
£9.00 per hour
The role will be to make outbound and take inbound calls from tenants who are booking their Electrical Safety Check. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills. This is a telephone based role (not sales) that requires a driven individual who is quick and confident on the phone.
- Good IT skills - using google sheets, excel, our CRM system.
- Planning skills (they will be planning in work nationwide for our engineers and we require minimal travel between jobs)
- Works well under pressure.
- Able to work to targets - we expect a minimum amount of calls and appointments every day to be made.
- Must be within travel distance of Preston city centre office.
