Job Description

A leading opticians are looking for a Customer Communications Advisor to join their busy, growing team!

Your main day to day duties will be to book appointments for the eye and hearing tests, re-arranging appointments, liaising with the DVLA for eye tests, faxing to hospitals and doctor surgerys, answering inbound and outbound calls and general admin work.

The ideal candidate will need to be computer literate and have a great attention to detail.

Previous knowledge in this industry is desired but not essential as training will be given on office and computer systems.

My client is offering an hourly rate of £7.50 per hour however there will be a salary review after probationary period.

The client will hold an interview and then a trial to follow if successful.
