Job Description

One of our clients, an energy supplier company based in Solihull, is looking for Customer Service Agents to join their dynamic team. This role will be temporary for six months initially with the possibility of extension pending business needs.

As part of this role, you will be carrying out the following:
- Provide administrative support over a defined range of processes to internal and external customers
- Query handling
- Investigate and provide immediate responses to a range of customer queries
- Deliver appropriate and acceptable resolutions to customers

As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Have evidenced customer service experience
- Have experience working with a number of systems
- Confident customer and query handler

Some attendance to the office may be required for collection of equipment and training but, working from home is likely to be offered. Full training will be provided.

This will be full time role offering a par rate of £9.96 per hour.
