Our public sector client is seeking a Customer Advisor based in Ballymena
The hours of work will vary from Monday to Sunday from 0800 to 2300 hours (37 hours per week) The role is temporary ongoing and great opportunity to lead to permanent opportunities and progression
You will answer calls in a polite and professional manner, engaging with customers and helping them with their enquiries and providing updates on their application. You will support Senior Managers with clerical based duties
You are a good fit for this role, if you feel that you excel in Customer Service roles, have previous experience in answering calls in a busy environment.
What do we need from you?
Eligibility to work in the UK
5 GCSE`S Grade A to C
Fully flexible to work 5/7 days including weekends

An excellent hourly rate of 9.81 will be paid to you on a weekly basis
