Job Description

Salary: £19,075 (rising after 6 months and 12 months based on performance)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4.15pm
Immediate requirement (but would consider candidates with 1 months notice)

You will be working as the first point of contact for the companies customers. Your duties will include: responding to online customers, providing written responses, taking phone calls and responding to emails/letters and completing all associated administration.

You will be calm, confident, approachable, have excellent communication skills and have a minimum of 5 GCSE`s grades C or above including Maths & English.
