We have a fantastic ongoing opportunity available for a Customer Service Advisor for a highly regarded insurance company based in Chelmsford.
This offers great working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You will be based in a customer service department calling businesses to fact find details about their insurance renewal dates. You will be logging information on to a database and sending follow up emails and letters where necessary. Working in a supportive team you will receive full training and you will be working in lovely modern offices.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be confident talking to people, with great communication skills. They are looking for people that would enjoy talking to customers on the telephone for most of their working day. Previous administration or customer service background is preferred but not essential.
This is a long term temporary booking so you must be available for the next 6 - 12 months. The working environment is great and the company looks fantastic on a CV! The company is based centrally in Chelmsford, a short stroll from the train station. This pays £8.83 per hour and you will be paid weekly, one week behind the week that you work.
