Job Description
Another amazing opportunity to join our fantastic client in the Neath area! This is an ongoing temporary role Monday to Friday role with no weekend work
Your duties will include but not be limited to
- To act as the face and voice of the business when dealing with customers, and operate the Customer Relations Management system
- To take inbound calls and answer queries from new and existing customers
- To provide accurate and up to date information on the full range of products
- Build and maintain relationships with all types of people, and providing a confident approach to all enquiries
- Think quickly and signpost customer enquiries to the most appropriate department
- Provide email response to customer queries
- Track customer queries, and work in line with the business processes
- To handle and investigate complaints where appropriate
- To be an advocate for the business and contribute to key performance outcomes
- To be responsible for the database of customer contacts and communications, transferring data and ensuring the data is accurate and up to date
- Provide telesales support during targeted marketing campaigns and events
- Provide weekly customer enquiry reports
- Provide administration support
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is advantageous for this role, as is the ability to speak basic Welsh
Candidates must pass certain compliance checks including DBS, prior to commencement
