Brilliant opportunity to join a large, well-established business in Coventry as a customer service advisor within the pricing department! Ideally you will have some airfreight knowledge and have an administration/customer service background.

Monday to Friday
£18,000 - £20,000 DOE
Parking on site

Main duties;
" Provide quotations to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
" Follow up on quotations.
" Liaise with other departments for pricing
" To be able to communicate clear with other departments and provide an excellent service to our customers.

Person Specification;
" General understanding and knowledge on Air Freight
" Organised
" Team player
" Be proactive and use own initiative
