Customer Service Advisor Watford
22k with an opportunity to earn performance related bonus

9am - 5pm Mon -early and late shift patterns will be introduced after 3 months.
Do you have a PASSION for excellent customer Service?
You will be working for my client who are plant-based foodies, with the largest range of plant-based ingredients in the UK, cutting edge innovation and industry leading plant-based expertise.
You will be the first line of support, building and maintaining rapport with customers; handling pre-sales queries, post-sales queries and when necessary, complaint handling. Duties will include handling customer queries for existing and new customers via inbound and outbound calls and emails.

Tasks to include:
" Managing various mailboxes supporting customer, supplier and field sales queries in a timely manner
" Maintain high standards of customer communication and able to manage challenges from the customer

" Ensure all new orders, new accounts etc. are input accurately

What we need from you:
" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
" Computer literate to intermediate level
" Passion for customer service
" English and maths GCSE or equivalent
