Job Description

Do you have a passion for customer service? Have office experience? And would like to join a friendly and supportive team?

My Client is looking for someone to join their Customer Service Representative team based in Westerham, as soon as possible. You will provide exceptional customer service, IT literate, hardworking, highly organised, strong team player, quick learner, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

Your Duties will include:
- Processing customer orders and enquiries submitted through telephone, email and post.
- Entering and updating customer records accordingly.
- Ensuring you are giving a high level of customer service and at all times.
- Liaising with different departments.
- Checking product availability.

Must be able to drive, due to rural location.

Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Westerham
Hours: Mon-Fri between 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: £20,000-£22,000(Depending on experience)
