We are seeking a confident Customer Service Advisor to join a small team (not a call centre environment!) on a permanent basis based in Cardiff. We are looking for someone with experience at providing excellent Customer Service support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls & emails efficiently
  • Updating customers throughout their request
  • Sending updates to other departments
  • Keeping track of updates on internal systems
  • Dealing with complaints in a professional manner
