Job Description

Brook Street has an exciting opportunity for somebody to join a growing and established company as their Customer Service Advisor in Newport.

Duties include:

• Working in a busy office environment
• Taking bookings and answering queries over the phone
• Processing orders
• Dealing with incidents

This is an ongoing temporary position with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working between 8AM - 8PM
