Would you be free to participate in training from home on Friday 10th December between 0930 - 1230, or, 1330-1630?

Our utility based client based in Belfast requires Customer Advisor's to co operate with some training in the event that you maybe required to take calls from customers after the 10th December. This role can be done from the comfort of your own home.

You will be shown a short presentation and will then be asked to access a remote desktop and download a call handling app and required to complete an online form. In the event that you may be required to take calls after the 10th December, our client will be happy to accommodate hours that suit you, this will involve day time hours, evenings and weekends.

You are a good fit for this role, if you have previous customer service experience, either face to face or via telephone and are comfortable using a PC

No GCSE's are required for this role, but you will need to have access to the following equipment
Each person will require a Windows machine , Desktop/laptop with a chrome Browser.
This needs to be a personal device not a work issued laptop .
We ask the each person has the most recent version of Internet Explorer / Chrome .
They will require a mobile phone for our 2 step verification


The hourly rate will be paid at £9.50, the training should only last max 1 hour, but you will be paid for 3 hours regardless.
