Job Description

Customer Service Advisor -Telford - £15500pa + overtime.

My client is situated in a central location in Telford as is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team due to a period of growth.

Benefits: Free parking, company pension, 31 days annual leave plus a day off for your birthday.

Working 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri between 8am -6pm.

You will also be required to work Saturdays on a rota, working a maximum of 2 Saturdays per month, but will be paid time & 1/2 for your work Saturday shifts.

The role:

You will be joining a friendly team sitting in a relaxed open plan office. This is a varied role where you will be receiving inbound calls dealing with various enquiries, processing orders and taking payments. You will be dealing with email enquiries from customers giving product information and advising on delivery dates etc.

You will receive product and system based training.

You will need to have a professional telephone manner and be able to demonstrate good solid data entry speeds and accuracy levels. You will need to be passionate about customer service and able to deliver a positive customer experience.
