Job Description
Customer Service Advisor
£19,500 rising to £20,000 per annum
Commutable from Bedworth, Nuneaton and Coventry
Full time - Monday to Friday
THE ROLE
Customer Service and Engagement is a vital part of the overall customer journey and the company are looking for people that can provide a first class service whilst the business achieves long term profitability.
As a Customer Service Executive you will liaise with Customers to ensure they are receiving great value from the company product, utilising it in the best way possible.
DUTIES
Spending time engaging with customers, via the phone, to drive product knowledge and usage
Supporting customers with general questions and queries
Providing excellent customer service and respond well to customer service targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Previous customer service experience (inbound/outbound) call centre or account management is essential
Excellent communication skills
Stable work history
Be highly organised with the ability to multitask along with excellent attention to detail
Confident, with a personable manner
