Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Belper (DE56)
Salary: £20,508 plus bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. (42.75 hours)

The role:
In this role you will need to provide a high-quality customer service in order to answer any queries received over the telephone or email. You will be booking engineer visits for clients so will need to be confident with outbound and inbound calls, as well as organized and computer literate.

The Successful candidate will need:
" Previous customer service experience
" Excellent telephone manner
" Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport over the phone
" IT and numeracy literate
" Willingness to learn and develop new skills
