Competitive Salary - £20,508 p/a(+individual and business performance bonus!)
Nice working hours - 8 - 6pm mon - Friday on a rota / 8-3pm on sat / 8-12noon on Sunday (weekends are 1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 5 Sundays and you never work sat and sun together!)

Day to day you will be providing an effortless customer journey and experience to all customers through a variety of communication channels

You will work closely with customers to ensure they stay delighted with the company and the service they are receiving

You will provide seamless communication channels to our customers, whether via email or telephone comms

You will understand different customers needs, providing empathy and spotting potential enabling the best customer service
