Job Description

Are you a confident Customer Service Advisor looking for a new role within a small service department? Can you work towards 40-50 calls a day?

We are currently recruiting for a well-established family run business who are highly successful offering a range of product and service options into a widening range of customers and sectors.
Benefits Include:
Competitive salary of £22,000 (Plus commission based on performance)
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
No weekends
Progression within the company
Duties will include:
Outbound calls and email to follow up outstanding quoted works and collecting feedback
Quickly and effectively dealing with all incoming enquiries from both new and existing customers
Organise and send paperwork, documents and computer-based information as per client KPI's
Creating and distributing renewal quotes for maintenance contracts using the internal system.
Ideally, candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, experience in a fast pace environment and a positive, dynamic attitude.
Practical experience of CRM systems would be an advantage and the ability to build strong and effective customer relations.
