Job Description

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE?

Due to the nature of THE business, be prepared to work a 40-hour week on a shift pattern that allows us to provide the best service possible to our customers, between the hours of 7am - 7pm and the occasional Saturday shift (with a day off in the week) Also with a chance to progress within this LARGE business, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss!

Salary £19,993

The main responsibilities for this role are:

  • Ensure you communicate with both internal operational teams and customers in a timely and professional manner and the query is resolved to the customers satisfaction.
  • Invoke the department escalation process when needed.
  • Work consistently to the highest standards to achieve or exceed both individual and team Quality Targets, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements in line with department objectives.

What you need:

  • Planning and organisation skills with the ability to multi task whilst working under pressure.
  • Excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Experience in dealing with angry customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
