Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a government client based in Exeter
Main duties include:
-Receive, record and resolve queries where possible
-Route and monitor support / service requests
-Prioritise daily workload to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
-Plan meetings and minuting taking of those meetings
-Inputting data accurately and identifying errors
Skills and experience required:
-Previous experience within a call centre environment
-Good IT skills with strong knowledge of Excel
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week
Rate of pay is £11.53 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 06/08/2022 with a possibility of an extension
