Monday - Friday, Full time - 8am-6pm SHIFT PATTERN
(1 in 4 Saturdays 9-12pm)

Duties:

• Working as part of a small team within the Service Technical Department, this key position will involve providing technical advice to external Gas Safe Registered Engineers and End Users.
• Providing service and technical support for the Renewable and Commercial department.
• Give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy demonstrating a good technical aptitude.
• You will need to understand customer requirements.

• Able to give technical spares advice with clarity and confidence and have the ability & drive to self-learn.
