About the role
Working in a busy inbound call centre, you'll be dealing with issues of a sensitive and personal nature. You'll need to use your good administrative skills to confirm client details over the phone and comply with data protection regulations. You'll adhere to company practices and values, updating each case as you go on their online system.
Based in a brand new building, you'll have access to an on-site cafe as well as comprehensive training before you begin, so you'll be fully equipped with everything you need when you start!

This is a full time position, working normal office hours. Pay rate starts at £7.98 rising to £10.48 after 12 weeks.
