Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor to work for a government client based in Bath
This is a part time role working Saturday & Sunday 0900-1730 with a rate of pay of £9.90 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/10/2022 with a possibility of an extension and opportunity for a perm position
Main duties include:
-Making and answering telephone calls & emails
-Processing transactions
-Resolving queries and escalate if needed
-Maintain and update systems
-Data input
-Ensuring deadlines are met
Skills and experience required:
-Previous customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
