Our Public Sector client is looking for a number of strong Administrators to help support their Customer Advice Team. This is a full time 37.00 hours a week temporary role for about six months, paying £11.03 p/hr. This role is currently a hybrid role, with some remote working and also working in the office in Stafford for two days a week. All required equipment will be provided by the client and there is free onsite parking for the days you attend the office.
The main role responsibilities are listed below, and any other ad hoc administration duties as required:
" After training you will be required to answer a high volume of calls from their clients, these include farmers, veterinarians and members of the public
" You will be providing advice and guidance to these customers, escalating where necessary in the appropriate timescales
" A knowledge database will be available to use to help with these calls, but there is an expectation that you learn and understand information too to feel confident to answer the calls
" Completing all logs and processing any work associated with the call, this may include data entry and updating databases and office systems
" You will also need to answer email queries from their public email inbox, so you will need to be able to communicate in a more formal written format
You will be required to show good communication and telephone skills (including the ability to calmly and professionally gain information required from customers, probing for further detail when required). Good IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, databases, Outlook)
