Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a government client based in Plymouth

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 0900-1730

Rate of pay is £9.90 per hour

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/10/2022 with a possibility of an extension

Main duties include:
-Processing transactions
-Answering queries via email & telephone
-Logging calls & escalating queries if needed
-Maintain & update the data base


Skills & experience required:
-Previous customer service experience
-Good IT skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
