In return, what we ask from you is the following skills, attitudes and behaviours….

Previous strong world class customer service via F2F or remote
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel)
Be able to motivate yourself, when working alone or in a team
Be a positive energetic character with a can-do attitude
Ability to prioritise workload
Previous experience is desirable

Sounds like you? Well let me tell you a little bit more about the job role itself…

Day to day you will be completing many different tasks and will be based half at the front desk and half out and about around the accommodation. (Not sat at a desk all day!)

You will be providing world class customer service by answering any enquiries via email and F2F.
You will also complete inspections, ensuring the accommodation is clean, but also checking for any hazards which may breach Health and Safety.
The suitable candidate will also deal with any welfare issues which may arise and deal with the collection of parcels.

The option to help run monthly events in the accommodation is available!
