In this exciting opportunity you will be the first point of contact for existing clients, We are searching for passionate individuals who pride themselves in excellent customer care. The duties for this position are as followed:

" Act as the first point of contact for existing clients and provide excellent client relations.
" To have a proactive approach & have effective verbal communication.
" Analyse and deliver customer needs successfully.

Here`s what we need from you:

" Great communication skills, Verbally & Written.
" Willing to learn & maintain effective relationships with clients.
" Previous experience in customer service, In person or over the phone.

A driving license will be needed for this position as there is no public transport.

This is a permanent position where you will be required to attend full training and induction in the Barton Upon Humber office. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Salary: £21440 plus £500 quarterly bonuses for attendance
