Customer Service/ Order Processing Advisor

Our client in Kings Langley are looking for a Customer Service/ Order processing advisor for join a busy department.
Our client is a privately held pipe fitting, and services for the oil & Gas industry, chemical and petrochemical, semiconductor, and transportation industries. They Operate globally since 1947 and extending their team.

Your duties include: Processing high levels of Quotes and Orders accurately as well as dealing with a variety of customer queries, day to day admin tasks, communication information via phone and emails, problems solving and providing solutions to customers, data entry and working part of a team.

Your package: £22- £24k based on experience, 8.45am to 5pm Mon to Fri, Pension, free parking, Health care scheme, 28 days holiday including bank holiday and great onboard training.
