To offer an excellent pro-active front-line service to colleges and carry out administrative/clerical duties to support the department and the Business Account Managers.
- Achieve individual, team and Company Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with all college customers.
- Promptly and courteously answer all incoming calls.
- Key orders into computer system accurately to customer requirements.
- College database information is accurate.
- All calls are answered promptly and courteously.
- Orders and quotations are accurately produced.
