Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

If you have a passion for customer service then this is certainly the position for you!

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone to join a well-established company who really value and appreciate their customers as well as their employees.

You will have current or previous customer service experience from any industry, attention to detail, be IT literate, organised, able to prioritise work loads effectively and have willingness to learn.

The role includes taking inbound calls from customers, maintaining and building long lasting relationships, dealing with enquiries and ensuring details are logged onto the system accurately and efficiently. - No sales involved.

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crawley
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
Salary: £20,000 and rising to £21,000 after probation period
