My client, based in Tonbridge, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fantastic team and provide exceptional professional service to their customers.

You will have brilliant communications skills, experience in customer service related role, organised, proactive, team player, willing to learn and confident telephone manner.

Duties:
- First point of contact for all customers.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Have the ability to deal with sensitive situations.
- Liaising with different departments.
- Updating and maintain company database.

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Tonbridge
Hours: Monday-Friday shift pattern, between the hours of 8am-6pm and every other Saturday 9am-1pm
Salary: £19,600k
