Brook Street are recruiting for an established leading global company in Corby, the role involves interacting with customer`s in a multi-channel customer service environment, providing a first-class customer experience that will build customer loyalty whilst maximising sales opportunities.

They are looking to recruit enthusiastic Customer Service advisors to join their team, dealing with a variety of enquiries, building customer rapport and engagement. Successful candidates will be enrolled on to their excellent training scheme from day 1 to give them all the tools and knowledge to excel in this role.

Role - Customer Service Advisor
Pay - £11 per hour
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Location - Corby

If you have previous customer experience this is a potential role for you.

The core working hours are Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 17:00 with occasional Saturday cover required. Occasional further flexibility with hours may be required.

You will receive a 4 week`s scheduled notice of your working shift patterns
