Location: Crawley
Hours: 35hrs Monday - Friday,
Salary: £20,000 -£21,000
Start dates: 1st & 15th August and 5th & 19th September
Are you a confident customer service professional looking for a challenging role?

We a currently looking for a dedicated and articulate customer service agents who are looking to join a friendly and supportive team in Crawley, who pride themselves on excellent customer service and their integrity as a business.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administration support in the Membership & Customer Services team. Taking inbound calls from customers you will assist with their queries and enquiries regarding their pension schemes and policies.

Ideally you will have previous experience with customer service, any industry and background considered including retail, call centre and hospitality, but this is not essential as full training will be given.
The role may involve some administration, so great attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
If you are keen to get into an office environment, then this role could also be for you.
You must be a confident communicator, both written and verbal and proficient with MS Office applications.
