An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen with our well-established client and they are seeking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team, based in Crawley.
You will have current or previous customer service experience from any industry, attention to detail, IT literate, organised and have willingness to learn.
The role includes taking inbound calls from customers, maintaining and building long lasting relationships, dealing with enquiries and ensuring details are logged onto the system accurately and efficiently. - No sales involved.

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crawley
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, 35 hours a week
Salary: £20,000 and rising to £21,000 after probation period
