Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Pay rate: £9.02 PH
Assignment: Longer term approximately 3 month contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (30 mins unpaid break)
Monday - Friday: 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 rotational, 1 week of 12-8 shift, and 1 x Saturday shift 1 in every 4 - 6 weeks with a rest day in the week.
Monday - Friday: 12-8 and 1 Saturday shift every 5-7 weeks with a rest day in the week.
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to work as part of the smart meter project within a large national company established in Worcester. You will be working for a household name with real national presence - you have definitely heard of this company!
This is a diverse role which will see you communicating with current customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries regarding their accounts, so you`ll need great listening skills. You will be managing each individual situation with care to find the best solution that meets both the customer and business needs. You will also work to ensure all procedures are carried out with regulatory commitment, all whilst working with our customers best interests at heart.

Can use a computer - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Good attention to detail and quick learner (SAP System)
