Customer Service Advisor - Full time and permanent

Shipley

Monday-Thursday - 08:45 - 17:00 & Friday 08:45 - 16:00

£16,000 - £18,000

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in the Bradford area.

Do you have customer service experience and have a passion for providing excellent service to customers? We have some fantastic opportunities for personable and energetic customer service candidates to join a some of our well-established clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the Customer Care team
  • Provide effective communication and support to internal and external Customers to assist and enable efficient and productive service
  • To fully adhere to the standard Customer Care policies and procedures, ensuring that all issues raised by Customers are dealt with professionally, quickly and to their complete satisfaction
  • Ensure good working relationships are created and maintained with external Customers
  • Answering phone calls and assisting callers or passing to the appropriate person
  • Liaise with all other Departments to ensure Customer enquiries or concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently
  • Provide regular feedback and communication on ongoing orders to relevant persons - external and internal
  • Communicate with the Office Manager to ensure all issues are dealt with by the appropriate personnel and in a cost-effective manner
  • Processing all other Customer Care requests from our Customers
  • Efficient administration and ad hoc small works jobs
  • Monitoring queries to a successful conclusion
  • Filing and archiving
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure the department provides continual telephone cover throughout the working day
  • Arrange the inspection of remedial enquiries where necessary to agree valid warranty issues
  • Inputting of Customer purchase orders onto internal system



We`re looking for experienced customer service candidates, with a background in customer service.

You`ll need an excellent telephone manner and a strong work ethic as well as strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
