We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a well-known and well-established company based in Hereford on a temporary basis to work in their inbound contact centre.
Hours: Fulltime - 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday on a Rota basis.
Shifts based on a Rotating Shift Pattern:
Week 1 = Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri
Week 2 = Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri
Week 3 = Mon/Tue/Sat/Sun
Pay: £9.58 per hour
Location: Leominster, Hereford
Customer Service Advisor is a diverse role which will see you communicating with current customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries regarding their orders and accounts so you`ll need great listening skills. You will be managing each individual situation with care to find the best solution that meets both the customer and business needs. You will also work to ensure all procedures are carried out with regulatory commitment, all whilst working with our customers best interests at heart.
