Job Description

**Christmas Temps Required**

Are you looking for work over the festive period? Are you looking for employment over the festive holiday?

We currently have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Sleaford.

No experience is required as full training will be provided, however you must have an excellent telephone manner, good written and verbal English and basic IT Skills.

In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, paid holiday, overtime and full training will be provided & paid for.

Flexibility is required in regards to working hours.

The roles are temporary however there are permanent positions available for the right candidate.

Job Duties:

  • Inbound Calls: Answering calls from customers and processing their orders onto the system.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with customers by email if they have a query.
  • Dealing with complaints in a professional manner.
