Job Description

**Christmas Temps Required**

Great chance to earn some extra cash over the festive period

We currently have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Sleaford.

No experience is required as full training will be provided, however you must have an excellent telephone manner, good written and verbal English and basic IT Skills.

In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, paid holiday, overtime. Along with free tea & coffee and peak treats such as pizza days, bacon buttys & fruit.


Flexibility is required in regards to working hours as you will be working shifts between 8 and 8 on a rota basis.

The roles are temporary however there are permanent positions available for the right candidate.

Job Duties:

  • Inbound Calls: Answering calls from customers and processing their orders onto the system.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with customers by email if they have a query.
  • Dealing with complaints in a professional manner.
