Customer Service Advisor (French Speaking)


Salary £20,000 to £22,000 Depending on Experience


Do you speak French as a first or second language? A fantastic opportunity for a French speaking customer service adviser, working in an office in Hull, you will be responsible for dealing with all French speaking clients over email and phone.


Who you will be working for:


An international transport company.


What you will be responsible for:


To manage the customers' needs and ensure the agreed service is delivered.


Key Activity 1 - Service Delivery


" To ensure customer needs are fully defined and agreed
" To ensure the service is delivered in line with the agreed contract
" To closely liaise with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery.
" To provide internal and external customer KPI reports to ensure compliance.
" To provide customer forecasts and ensure management of fluctuations

Key Activity 2 - Additional Costs/Debt Recovery


" To ensure effective recovery of additional costs.
" To ensure customers adhere to agreed credit payment terms
" To liaise with the Sales team where appropriate to ensure any issues are dealt with as required.


Key Activity 3 - Complaints


" To handle incoming customer complaints in a timely manner.
" Record appropriately within SWIFT and assist with the necessary corrective action plans.
" To pro-actively identify areas for improvement and work with appropriate stakeholders to achieve success.


Key Activity 4 - Be the expert of your account


" To maintain close customer contract and knowledge through regular and positive communication, with report / supporting information where required.
" Understand the customer's business and update sales on any potential business or impacts to business.
" To assist the commercial team with the management of the accounts.

" Fluent French - spoken and written
" Knowledge of Microsoft products
" Administration or Customer service background
" Great telephone manner
" Can demonstrate a history of customer care
" Work fast and under pressure
