Job Description

An opportunity has become available in the Customer Service Centre in the Head Office of a successful technical support company based in Tadcaster.

Working an average of 36 hours a week on shift patterns between 08.00am and 9.00pm. Working on a roster with a standard day of no more than 7 hours. This is also inclusive of only one weekend shift every 7 weeks.

You will be responsible for taking inbound technical service calls from businesses who require immediate assistance with their technical equipment. As their first point of contact, you will be approachable, helpful, and always provide a high level of customer service.

You will need to be:

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
  • Be good at multi-tasking and to be able to hold conversations with customers whilst using the PC.

Salary is inclusive of un-sociability payment. There is also an estimated £1000 p.a bonus scheme paid quarterly (subject to Company performance against targets)
