Working hours that range between 0700 - 18:15 Mon-Sun (Weekend working based on Rotation)

Day to day duties include:
Handle all customer interactions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Engage with customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements.
Providing a value added service at all times that enhance the customer`s experience and build on both brand and service reputation.
Capture, maintain and ensure the quality of customer data.
Identifying any service-related issues, trends or incidents.

Evidence of previously providing a high end, customer service experience.
