Excellent opportunity to join a global insurance company based in their offices in the centre of Redhill. We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join the well established Emergency Medical Assistance team.

You will be taking incoming calls from travel insurance policy holders. You will provide a high level of customer service and assist with medical advice where possible. You need to have lots of empathy to deal with difficult situations and be resilient as this role can be tough, and be able to work under pressure.

In order to be considered for this excellent opportunity you will have an excellent telephone manner and be highly IT literate. An additional European language would be an advantage but not essential.

We have multiple roles available Permanent and 6 months FTC

INTERVIEWS 21/12 - 11-3pm

NO HOLIDAYS BOOKED IN 1ST 5 WEEKS (ASIDE FROM BANK HOLIDAYS),
CAN WORK SHIFTS/ NO CCJS

Shifts range between 7am and 9pm across 7 days of the week (35 hours)
