Brook street are recruiting on behalf of a valued client fo what is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to provide a premier customer experience for what is a fast paced yet forward thinking insurance claims provider in the Staffordshire area.

It is advantagous that previous experience in a call or contact centre environment is evident and you will need to be able to display good customer service skills and the ability to build rapport on a telephone whilst working at a steady pace.
