Customer Services Representative (Inbound) £9.50 per hour
Southampton

Have you got excellent customer service with great communication skills? My client is looking for full time customer service representative to start in August.

Brook Street is pleased to be working with a friendly, busy company based in Southampton.
My client offers an excellent working environment; a positive and friendly team and the potential for longer term work.

You will be taking inbound calls from customers who will be placing orders, asking questions about products or raising queries about their orders.

Who`s right for the job?

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, clear, confident and professional telephone manner.

We have a variety of shift patterns available mostly working 9am - 5pm. 10am - 6pm and 12pm - 6pm, Please note you may be required to work a Saturday or Sunday with a day off in the week.

This role is available for a start in August interviews will be arranged as soon as possible.
