EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED CALL CENTRE ADVISORS
Starting 4th OCTOBER 2021
FULL TIME 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
I am currently recruiting for Call Centre Operators to work in a busy government contact centre an ongoing Temporary Contract in the centre of Cwmbran
The Working Hours are between
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Part Time WILL NOT be considered at this time)
No weekend working
Free Parking
Close to local bus routes
Rate of pay £9.78 per hour
26 Days Holiday + bank Holidays
Dealing with inbound calls from members of the public relating to Court Issued fines
Setting up payment plans and dealing with customer enquiries.
You will need:
Previous Contact Centre Experience - This is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT Skills including Word and Excel
The ability to quickly lean new systems
Excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with all types of people and queries
